1) What do I do if my order is delayed?
Due to the current circumstances, USPS has given notice to expect delays, especially for international orders. They have stated that shipments can take up to a couple months to arrive, so please order with this in mind! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have further questions. Thank you for your understanding! :)
2) What do I do if my order was damaged in transit and/or is missing an item?
Please contact me through the contact form, email, or send me a message on Instagram! I will respond within 1 day to make sure you are happy with your order!
3) When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days!
4) Do you include tracking?
Currently, only orders with tote bags are tracked. Everything else is sent as standard letter mail. Tracked shipping will be available as an add-on option in the near future!
